Terms of Service

AttendeeSync is provided as a multi-tenant sync service. Customers are responsible for lawful Zoom, Google, and CRM credentials, registrant consent, and CRM data accuracy.

Billing

New workspaces receive a free trial of up to three sync streams for 30 days, with up to 100 attendees processed per trial stream. Trial usage is not charged. After the trial (or when you upgrade earlier), paid billing is account-level through Stripe.

Active Sync Streams

Paid accounts subscribe at $10 per billable active sync stream per month. That fee is a licensed subscription seat: your Stripe subscription’s stream quantity equals the number of billable active streams on the account. When you activate, archive, or otherwise change which streams are billable, we update that quantity. Mid-cycle changes are prorated by Stripe on the next invoice (or as credit/debit on the current period). Archiving a stream removes it from the billable quantity so it no longer accrues the monthly stream fee.

Attendees Processed

In addition, paid accounts are charged $0.05 per attendee successfully processed (successful CRM delivery). Usage is metered during the billing period and invoiced with the subscription (typically at period end), not as a separate month-end batch outside Stripe.

Auto-Create Streams

Auto-Create Streams is available only on paid accounts. Auto-created streams with three or fewer attendees waive both the active-stream fee and the per-attendee fee. Larger auto-created meetings and all manually created streams bill at the standard rates.

Invoices, Past Due, And Cancellation

Stripe invoices the stream seats and metered attendee usage on the subscription’s billing cycle. Past-due accounts have sync paused until payment succeeds. Canceling paid billing ends the subscription; existing streams may remain paused until billing is restored. Posted prices apply unless we notify you of a change; continuing to use the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, quotas, or authentication.
